Always strive to learn more

Aim to achieve
If you give your best in everything you do, you will feel more satisfied. Don’t worry if your manager doesn’t notice, it is more about how you feel about yourself and your own self-respect. Plus you never know who is looking, someone might notice and offer you an opportunity. If you’re only doing slapdash work because you feel you’re not getting the recognition you deserve, greater possibilities might also elude you.
Allow for margin of error in others
Remember that you are human and can make mistakes. But more importantly, remember that other people are also just human. Have a forgiving attitude with your colleagues and manager. Go out of your way to make life easier for others and you will pick the fruit of a happier and more satisfied life.
Appreciate where you are
Where you are right now in your life, and your career is where you need to be. Be present. Appreciate where you are. Celebrate small successes. Never give up. Keep learning. Keep moving forward, and become a better YOU every day.
